Israel has recently launched its first gold bullion coin - the Tower of David coin coinciding with Jerusalem Day.
The Tower of David is the first of the Jerusalem of Gold series of gold coins which will be issued yearly illustrating locations in Jerusalem.
Each coin has 1 oz. of fine gold and has a face value of NIS 20.
Not only are these bullion coins valuable as collector items, but are financial investments as well.
